Experience behind Rashi Digital

10+ years working in digital marketing.

With an American background and more than 10 years in digital marketing, Rashi Digital brings experience from international markets together with an understanding of how businesses need to market to their own customers and location.

Rashi Digital is founder-led. The person who reviews your business is the person who plans the work. That experience is hands-on: paid advertising, customer acquisition and lead generation, creative testing, digital strategy, funnels and customer journeys, and international campaigns.

It covers different industries too, from banks and credit card products to furniture and local businesses, clinics, beauty brands, online stores and professional services.

Industries & markets

International experience. Local understanding.

We don't copy the same strategy from one business or market to another. The offer, creative, customer journey and marketing channels should fit the business we're actually working with.

How we review a business

Same review. Very different plans.

Three illustrative examples based on common situations. They are not client case studies, and they show reasoning, not results.

Furniture showroom interior
Illustrative example

Furniture business

Good products, a big Facebook page, few enquiries.

What the review finds

WebsiteGood
Google profileIncomplete
FacebookLarge, quiet
ReviewsFew recent
Facebook adsBoosted posts only
WhatsApp repliesSlow
TikTokNot used

What we'd do

Facebook & Instagram → WhatsAppReplace boosted posts with campaigns that open a chat, plus a quick reply routine.
Complete the Google profilePeople searching nearby should find photos, hours and directions to the showroom.
Ask for reviews after deliveryA fair, simple routine so recent reviews keep coming.
TikTok laterWorth testing organically once the basics are working.

Why: demand is there and the product is strong. Enquiries are being lost after the click and at the Google search stage.

Health and wellness setting
Illustrative example

Private clinic

Strong reputation offline, hard to find online.

What the review finds

Google reviewsStrong
Google profileOutdated hours
WebsiteOld, unclear booking
InstagramRarely updated
Paid adsNever tried
CompetitorsAdvertising on Meta

What we'd do

Improve the websiteA clear booking path and a mobile layout that matches the clinic's standard.
Update Google firstCorrect hours, services and photos before spending on ads.
Then a small paid testOne treatment, sent to a matching landing page.

Why: paying for traffic that lands on a confusing site wastes money. The cheaper fixes come first.

Online store packaging and products
Illustrative example

Online store

Tried TikTok ads, spent the budget, saw few sales.

What the review finds

TikTok adsOne ad, broad audience
CreativeLooked like an ad
Product pagesSlow on mobile
TrackingPurchases not tracked
InstagramActive

What we'd do

Fix tracking firstWithout purchase tracking, no platform can optimize properly.
Meta → website + retargetingProduct ads to the store, then retargeting for people who didn't buy.
TikTok organic before paidLearn which videos people actually watch, then decide on paid.

Why: the platform wasn't the problem. The creative, the tracking and the product pages were.

Competitor & presence analysis

How we research your market.

Part of every review. We only use information that's publicly available.

01

Collect

What competitors show the public.

  • Meta Ad Library
  • TikTok Creative Center
  • Websites and landing pages
  • Google profiles, social pages, reviews
02

Compare

Their presence next to yours.

  • Offers, messages and calls to action
  • Creative and posting activity
  • Website quality on mobile
  • Review volume and recency
03

Decide

What it means for your plan.

  • Where the market is crowded
  • Where nobody is competing yet
  • Which angles to test first
  • What not to copy

We have no access to competitors' ad spend, conversions, audiences or other private data, and we don't claim to.

Creative & campaign experience

Test. Learn. Improve.

We test different angles to learn what people respond to, then use what we learn to improve the campaign.

HOOK A · PROBLEMIs your sofa showing its age? It may be time for a refresh.

What it testsWhether the problem feels familiar enough to act on.

HOOK B · BENEFITCustom upholstery designed to fit your space.

What it testsWhether the result is what people want most.

HOOK C · PROOFSee why businesses choose custom-made seating.

What it testsWhether proof and trust move people to get in touch.

Creative testing example

How a test round works

Each version tests one angle: the problem, the benefit or the proof. We judge them by enquiries and sales, not likes. What we learn shapes the next round of creative, and the budget moves toward what is working.

Shown to explain the testing process, not client performance.
